(1) In a clean, dry location; (2) Where they are not exposed to splash, dust, or other contamination; and (3) At least 15 cm (6 inches) above the floor. Observed a bag of catering size drink pouches left on the storage rack in the utility closet. Manager stated that they left those there when they were working on a big group order and grabbing the cart to roll the order out. They should have been moved after. Bag was moved. COS |
